Brett helped my roommates and I find a great place on the LES, and still checks up on us to this day to make sure everything is going well! Brett McDermott helped me find a home in New York City, while I was out of the country. He gave me a bunch of different options based on my requirements, as well as his personal opinion about the properties, which I really appreciate. A few months ago, I was looking to rent an apartment in New York City and a friend of mine referred me to Brett. Brett was super helpful in finding our new place - couldn’t have done it without him. Couldn't have asked for a better NYC apartment search experience - Brett was knowledgeable about the area we wanted to live (East Village/LES) and showed us a range of options. He took into account our preferences and budget and showed us the best this area had to offer. I've worked with a few brokers and none have been as personable as Brett.

Brett is excellent. He's incredibly quick and responsive with communication. He helped guide me and answer any and all questions I had. I never had to chase him down or really go out of my way to get any information.
