Brett helped my roommates and I find a great place on the LES, and still checks up on us to this day to make sure everything is going well! Brett McDermott helped me find a home in New York City, while I was out of the country. He gave me a bunch of different options based on my requirements, as well as his personal opinion about the properties, which I really appreciate. Brett was super helpful in finding our new place - couldn’t have done it without him. Couldn't have asked for a better NYC apartment search experience - Brett was knowledgeable about the area we wanted to live (East Village/LES) and showed us a range of options. He took into account our preferences and budget and showed us the best this area had to offer. I've worked with a few brokers and none have been as personable as Brett.
